1/2019 Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2019

The Management Board of CPD S.A. (the Company) hereby announces the dates of publishing the periodic reports in 2019:

 

1. Annual report:

– Stand-alone annual report for 2018 – 25^th of April 2019

– Consolidated annual report for 2018 – 25^th of April 2019

 

2. Half-year report:

– Consolidated half-year report for the first half of the year 2019, containing half-year condensed financial statements – 27^th of September 2019

 

3. Quarterly reports:

– Consolidated quarter report for the first quarter of 2019, containing quarter financial information – 30^th of May 2019

– Consolidated quarter report for the third quarter of 2019, containing quarter financial information – 28^th of November 2019

Additionally, the Management Board hereby announces that the Company will not publish:

The quarter report and consolidated quarter report for the fourth quarter of 2018 – in regard to the publication of the annual report on 25^th of April 2019 and on the basis of the article 79.2 of the Decree of Minister of Finance dated 29^th of March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by law of nonmember state (Journal of Laws from 2018.757);

– The quarter report and consolidated quarter report for the second quarter of 2019, on the basis of article 79.2 of the Decree.

Art. 80.1 of the Decree of Minister of Finance dated 29th of March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by law of nonmembers of state
