President of the Board

A senior executive, entrepreneur, and trusted business leader with over 20 years of experience driving growth, transformation, and cross-border expansion. A graduate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the Faculty of Economics at the Cracow University of Economics, he combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership across international markets.

He has held senior leadership roles in global organizations such as Adecco and ManpowerGroup, where he led business development initiatives and managed key strategic clients. He successfully introduced and scaled Swiss brands – including Mensys Group and Swisslinx – on the Polish market, while also serving as CEO and board-level executive in companies backed by Polish capital.

A recognized expert in foreign direct investment and international business development, he has worked closely with leading industry organizations such as ABSL and ASPIRE, as well as with PAIiIZ / PAIH, Regional Development Agencies, and Special Economic Zones, supporting investors and decision-makers in locating and expanding operations in Poland.

His core expertise includes international project leadership, corporate governance, executive management, and investment advisory. He brings extensive board-level experience as a member of supervisory boards and management boards of companies and foundations, supporting organizations through growth, change, and strategic realignment.

He is a member of the Program Council of the Swiss Studies Center at the University of Warsaw and has been a Board Member of the Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce since 2014.
