12/2023 Information on transactions pursuant to art. 19 MAR

Management Board of CPD S.A. (“Company”) informs that on 29 March 2023, the Company, as an entity closely related to persons discharging managerial responsibilities at CPD S.A., submitted a notification of share transactions concluded on 24 March 2023, referred to in Art. 19 sec. 1 of MAR.
