2/2023 Notification from a shareholder pursuant to Art. 69 of the Act on Offer

Management Board of CPD S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”), informs that on 6 February 2023, the Company received a notification pursuant to Art. 69 of the Act on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to an organized trading system and on public companies of 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws No. 184, item 1539, as amended) from FAMILIAR S.A., SICAV-SIF.
