30/2018 Notice of shareholder of change in the total number of votes

The Management Board of CPD SA (the “Company”), announces that on 10 July, 2018 the Company received notification pursuant to Art. 69 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 184, item.1539), from Cooperatieve Laxey Worldwide W.A. i Furseka Trading and Investments Limited.
