41/2023 RESIGNATION FROM PERFORMING THE FUNCTION OF MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF CPD S.A.

Management Board of CPD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) informs that on November 30, 2023, the Company received the resignation of a management board member from his position. Ms. Iwona Makarewicz, previously a member of the Company’s management board, resigned from her position at the end of November 30, 2023. Ms. Iwona Makarewicz did not provide the reasons for her resignation.
