Ms Agata Tryc was appointed as 14/119 Gaston Investments spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. liquidator.
The motion for registration of the opening of the liquidation proceedings of 14/119 Gaston Investments spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. was filed on 19 August 2015 with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register.
The liquidation of the Issuer’s subsidiary company 14/119 Gaston Investments spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. is a part of restructuring activities in order to simplify CPD Capital Group organizational structure.
