15/2023 Resignation Of Supervisory Board Member

Management Board of CPD S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”) informs that on 01June 2023, received the resignation of Supervisory Board Member.
Mr.Krzysztof Laskowski, previously a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, resigned of the position with effect on the date of the Ordinary General Meeting, the subject of which is to review and approve the Management Board Activity Report and financial statements for 2022 and to validate the operation of management 2022.
Mr.Krzysztof Laskowski meets the criteria of an independent Member of the Supervisory Board. Mr.Krzysztof Laskowski did not give reasons for her resignation
