2/2018 Notification of transactions received under Article 19 of the MAR

Management Board of CPD S.A. (hereinafter the ”Company”) hereby reports that the Company has been notified by Laxey Partners Limited, entitie closely related to the person performing  managerial duties at CPD S.A., i.e. Mr. Michael Haxby – Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board of the transaction, concluded on January 19, 2018, referred to in art. 19 sec. 3 MAR regulation.
