41/2013 Resignation of the Member of Supervisory Board

Board of Celtic Property Developments SA (the “Company”) announces that on 24 September 2013, he received the resignation of a member of the Supervisory Board of function. The content that follows the resignation is lodged, provided the appointment of Mr. Colin Kingsnorth to the Management Board of the Company.

Mr. Colin Kingsnorth, who is already a member of the Supervisory Board, resigned effective at the moment of his appointment to Management Board of the Company.

The reason for the cancellation is the candidacy of Mr. Colin Kingsnorth to function in the Board.

The mandate of Mr Colin Kingsnorth as a member of the Supervisory Board expires at the condition of his appointment to the Management Board at the start of the exercise of his mandate as a member of the Board.
