15/2015 Correction of numeration current reports

The Management Board CPD S.A. (The “Company”) announces that in the current report No. 9/2015 of 17 June 2015., there was an obvious misprint by indicating the number of the current report, which should be No. 10/2015. Therefore, the Company changing the number as above.

At the same time, the Company change the numbers of the reports as follows:

the existing current report No. 10/2015, shall be numbered 11/2015,

the existing current report No. 11/2015, shall be numbered 12/2015,

the existing current report No. 12/2015, shall be numbered 13/2015,

the existing current report No. 13/2015, shall be numbered 14/2015,

the existing current report No. 14/2015, shall be numbered 15/2015.

 

Legal basis:

§ 6.2 of the Decree of Minister of Finance dated 19th of February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by law of nonmembers of state.
