Management Board of CPD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) submits a correction to the current report No. 1/2023 of January 31, 2023 entitled: Deadlines for submitting periodic reports in the financial year 2023.

The correction consists in changing the date of publication of the consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2023 to November 29, 2023.

The rest of the report has not changed.

15 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state

The Management Board of CPD S.A. (the Company) hereby announces the dates of publishing the periodic reports in 2023:

 

1. Annual report:

– Stand-alone annual report for 2022 – 27 April 2023

– Consolidated annual report for 2022 – 27 April 2023

 

2. Half-year report:

– Consolidated half-year report for the first half of the year 2023, containing half-year condensed financial statements – 28 September 2023

 

3. Quarterly reports:

– Consolidated quarter report for the first quarter of 2023, containing quarter financial information – 30 May 2023

– Consolidated quarter report for the third quarter of 2023, containing quarter financial information – 30 November 2023

 

Additionally, the Management Board hereby announces that the Company will not publish:

The quarter report and consolidated quarter report for the fourth quarter of 2022 – in regard to the publication of the annual report on 27 April 2023 and on the basis of the article 79.2 of the Decree of Minister of Finance dated 29^th of March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by law of nonmember state (Journal of Laws from 2018.757);

– The quarter report and consolidated quarter report for the second quarter of 2023, on the basis of article 79.2 of the Decree.
